An accomplished business and Agile DSDM Project Manager having extensive experience of complex project delivery for a range of clients in the retail, travel, manufacturing and engineering sectors. Managed multi million pound projects in SaaS, construction and facilities management. • Project Delivery Strategy: Set up and implementation of new development and delivery practices in-house utilising new project management tools. JIRA, Confluence, Trello.
• Governance & Process Strategy: Design and implement process and governance strategy across business to instil a lean, work smart approach to project delivery. Risk and Issue Management and reporting.
• Budget development & management: Creating and managing, project & BAU budgets & resource.
• Excellent team lead and communicator: Stakeholder, Client, Third Party and Team engagement/management building strong collaborative relationships.
• Proficient in use of various software: Atlassian: JIRA, Atlas, MS Office, Smartsheet, Trello, Confluence, MS Teams.
